Hello, we love your company. My boyfriend and I have gotten multiple items from your shop and I think the past 3 Christmas’s you guys have been wrapped under our tree! Today was the big day and with maybe 7 hr of wear the H disconnected and fell off the necklace. We have had a couple other necklaces form you in the past, last year we got a matching couples set, unfortunately my boyfriends chain broke a couple months ago so this was his updated version. I do plan to attempt to fix this we definitely want to get wear out of the pieces but also want to be transparent with the quality of the piece we received.

We really love your shop, and figured this is good info for you guys to get back.
