Track My Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to begin tracking. Our items are handmade with love, so please allow up to 5 business days for the creation of your item(s). Custom items will be made within 14 business days. Express orders (excluding custom orders) will be made within 1 business day.

Returns
We have a 21-day return policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return your order, simply email us at support@gogolush.com and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns, however monetary refunds will not be issued. Merchandise must be returned unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. Custom orders and nose cuffs are final sale.
Yes! We offer jewelry repairs on items delivered 365 days from your order date. Please note that for us to repair your jewelry, all pieces must be included and the customer is responsible for shipping. The item will be evaluated to determine if it is repairable.
