    Return/Exchange Policy

    Here at Gogo Lush we want you to be happy with your purchase! We have a 14 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. Merchandise must be returned by the customer with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. Custom made items, personalized items, sale, and bulk orders are final sale, although we want you to be happy with your purchase; so please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order. 
    *Returned packages sent to us that are not cleared by Gogo Lush will not be accepted.
    If an item arrives damaged, Gogo Lush must be notified via email at support@gogolush.com within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package. Returned damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging with original tags attached.
    How to Return/Exchange
    Simply email us at support@gogolush.com  and let us know how we can help you. When returning a package, be sure to get tracking information so that your package is traceable, and write your order number on the outside of your package. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow 10 days for processing.
