Fraud & Unauthorized Transaction Policy

At Gogo Lush, we take fraud prevention seriously in order to protect both our customers and our business from unauthorized purchases.

Order Verification
All orders are subject to review and verification. Orders flagged by our payment processor or internal security system may be temporarily held while we confirm the legitimacy of the purchase.  
We may contact the customer via phone, email, or text message to verify order details prior to shipment.

If we cannot verify the order, it may be canceled and refunded.

Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without your permission, you must contact us immediately at support@gogolush.com

Unauthorized transactions must be reported prior to shipment.

Once an order has been verified and shipped to the address provided at checkout, the transaction will be considered authorized by the recipient or cardholder.

Failure to report unauthorized use before shipment may result in denial of refund requests and the dispute being challenged with the payment provider.

Shipping Confirmation
When an order is shipped to the address entered at checkout and delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Claims of fraud submitted after delivery may be investigated and reported to the payment processor as potential abuse of the chargeback system.

Chargebacks & Abuse
Filing a chargeback for an order that was confirmed, delivered, and/or used may constitute chargeback abuse or fraud.  

We reserve the right to provide all documentation, including communications and delivery confirmation, to the issuing bank and relevant authorities.

Customers who file fraudulent disputes may be restricted from future purchases.
