My package was missing despite saying it was delivered
The necklace is nice but I do not like the way the letters are done. It is suppose to be “er” but looks more like “or”. There is nothing I can do about it now since custom items can’t be returned. Would be nice if we could see a picture of it before shipping. The letters bother me but i’m sure my teenager will love it. It comes in a cute little circular box. The look of the letters is the only reason I'm not doing 5 stars. Hopefully it will hold up with everyday wear.
